LAND and the Rotary Club of Upper Montgomery County have come together to continue the work of Polio Plus, helping to eradicate polio.

Plant bags filled by volunteers from our local schools and rotary club, are our gift to you with every $5 donation to LAND. Each bag will contain five daffodil bulbs and one daylilly. Money raised will be donated to several organizations. 50% of the money will go to the Rotary Club for Polio Plus. The remaining 50% will be divided between the PTA’s at MES and PES as well as the 8th grade field trip fund at The Barnesville School.

Plant bags can be ordered online and picked up at the following locations:

• School Pickup October 1-4
  Monocacy Elementary, Poolesville Elementary, The Barnesville School.
  
  
• Rotary Club Pickup September 30
  UMRC meeting at Café Mileto in Germantown, Maryland at 6:30pm.
