LAND in your school
LAND works with educators creating meaningful, instructive outdoor experiences.
We will come to your school to provide supplemental science lessons outdoors on school grounds. We have activities for any unit that has an environmental or nature component.
LAND has worked with students designing and planting butterfly gardens, legacy gardens, pond and wetland plantings, as well as native plant gardens.
We also have nature craft projects we guide the students through. Some past projects include making holiday door decorations with natural materials, pencil holders from twigs, as well as baskets and “hats” from vines.
For more information on Landscape and Nature on-site school activities, please contact us by phone, email or through our online contact form.
